1. Classes are from Monday to Saturday.
2. All Students must come in uniform on all days
3. Students should have 80% attendance to make them eligible to appear for Final Examination.
4. There will be sessional marks to each student depending on the overall performance.
5. All student must bring the identity card while coming to the institute.
6. All students on practical & training should be punctual, and are bound to follow the rules and regulations of the parent establishment.
7. Students sent for practical & training must not bring any complaints from the organisation
8. No student is allowed to leave the college premises during class hours.
9. A medical certificate and a stamp sized colour photograph is necessary for finally granting the certificate.
10. Visitors or phone calls to the students during the class hours are not permitted.
11. Certificates will be issued only to those students who pass the final examination.
12. Students who fail in the first attempt will have to sit for the second attempt within two weeks. They should pay re-exam fee of Rs. 100/- for each paper.
13. Smoking is not allowed in the college premises.
14. Perfect
discipline must be maintained in the classrooms and in the campus
15. Students will be responsible for any damage or loss of the instruments
entrusted to them.
16. Original Certificates and memo cards should be produced at the time
of interview.
17. Absence for 5 days without any valid reason will lead to the removal
of the candidate from the roll.
18. Fee, once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
19. Students removed from the roll for any misdemeanor will not have
any claim of any kind from the institution.
20. Students expelled from the institutions for disciplinary reasons or discounting
at their own risk are bound to pay the full fee of the course.
21. Fee defaulters will not be allowed to sit in the class.
22. Students who fail to maintain a high sense of discipline in the
class room and the school premises are liable for expulsion.
23. The management has got the right to change the classroom premises, modify the syllabus and to re-schedule
the class timings.
24. The management has got the right to cancel any course without assigning
any reason. In such case, the management's liability is limited
to a refund of the tuition fee, if collected.
25. The decision of the director shall be final and binding on all matters
pertaining to the institution and is unquestionable.
26. For legal matters pertaining to the institution, the jurisdiction
will be Palakkad only.
27. Computer application, Study tour, Languages, Record books, in-flight orientation, ship orientation etc are
not included int he fees schedule. |
